Hey there and thank you for visiting my site! Here’s a little about me. I am a down-to-earth, fun-loving, thirty-something year old girl with an amazing family and a love of all things beauty.
My husband and I have been married 6 wonderful years and have a 3 year old little boy and a 1 year old baby girl. My family is my life and I would do ANYTHING for them. For the past 3+ years, I have become a Stay-at-Home Mommy and it has been the best years of my life! I have learned so much about myself and my faith and my willingness to GIVE. You can’t watch a precious child that you love with all of your heart and doubt that God is Good!
Pre-children, I was a Shop Manager for The Body Shop, an Aveda Esthetician, a Front Desk Manager at a salon, and a figure skater with Disney on Ice. I am blessed enough that I can honestly say that I have loved every single one of these careers. Disney on Ice will always have a special place in my heart because of the friendships I still maintain to this day all over the world. It was truly an amazing time of my life.
While I grew up in Michigan and still visit as often as financially possible, 6 years ago we moved to Florida and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and sun! Now, we live in Nevada and traded the humidity for the dryness. I miss the green of the trees and the colors of the fall in Michigan though. I wish I could go back every September to go pick apples and pumpkins and visit the Cider Mill!
For years, people have told me that I should put all of my ideas, viewpoints, and education in a blog so here it is! I don’t claim to be an expert on anything- but I have done quite a bit of research on many topics and I would like to share it all with you here in one place. My family and I don’t have much, but we have each other and we have learned to be grateful for the little things. I have had to create quite a few life hacks and I’m looking forward to sharing them! My wish is that I can make someone smile or laugh or feel inspired. I’ve been through so much in my life and I hope I can make some tough things a little bit easier for someone else!
I’d love to see your feedback so please feel free to comment!
